Compound Crusher

Compound Crusher is a newly high-efficiency fine crushing machine. It is adjustable fine crushing equipment with no grating bars by integrating the features of advanced fine crushing machines at home and abroad. The machine is widely applied to the fine crushing work for raw materials or clinkers in the cement factory as well as to the fine crushing work for medium-hardness material such as dolomite, flint clay, lead zinic ore, taxoite, blast furnace slag, coal gangue, and phosphate, etc, especially for the highway stone and the artificial sand such as limestone, dolomite, granite, basalt, etc.

Work Principle

Materials fall down into the impeller of high speed vertically from the feed hopper. Under the action of centrifugal force at high speed, the ores impact and crush with another part of materials which is in the form of umbrella streaming around impeller at a high-speed, and then the materials beat each other in a whirlpool forming between the impeller and case over and over again, then the crushed materials will be evacuated through the discharging opening. This forms closing circulation repeatedly to achieve the required finished size by the control of screening equipment.
