Impact-hammer Crusher is a new type crusher integrating the advantages of impact crusher and hammer crusher. The machine is generally of large size and with high capacity, which is applicable to mass production.

Work Principle

When operating, rotor is rotating in high speed driven by the motor. And after the materials enter into equipment, they are impacted and crushed when beating the blow bar, next they are thrown to the liner plates of the rotor for secondary crush. And then they are discharged from the outlet of the machine. Impact Hammer Crusher mainly relies on the impact actions to break material. When the materials enter the crusher, they are suffered the impact of high-speed rotation of the hammer head and to be broken. The broken materials obtain force from blow bar and dash onto the back baffle and screen meshes at a high-speed, at the same time materials beat each other and repeated this action many times. At last the crushed materials with grain size smaller than the meshes opening will be discharged through screen plate, while those with grain size larger than the meshes are left on the screen plate to undergo impacting, grinding and extruding by the hammer, and finally discharged through the screen plate.
